Manage operations for Respiratory, Sleep Disorders and/or other services.
- Implement departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Assess quality of patient care and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues. Oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
