  • Department: Clinical Professional Development
  • Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.  
  • Work Location:   Birmingham/partially remote

What You Will Do

Coordinate clinical professional development programs, performance processes and learning events.

  • Support clinical performance and effectiveness of learning programs to meet nursing, allied health, and other education competency standards.
  • Utilize technology and software tools to support program needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication and program plans.
  • Support the creation of program and presentation materials.
  • Curate data from various sources. Develop, prepare and provide data content to stakeholders as appropriate.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
